• the wall unit is one piece (top cannot be separated from the base)

Condition overview; in good condition, relative to its age, both doors work well, however the left-hand side door has a slight gap when closed.  As to be expected on a used piece of this vintage it displays general wear, knock and surface marks.  In addition, the finish is quite inconsistent on the top of the base cabinet and a couple of the shelves.
