Condition overview; in fair condition (from a finish perspective) to good condition (structurally), relative to its age, it is a solid, well-made piece.  All of the doors and drawers work well.  As expected on a used piece of this vintage, it displays a number of general wear, knock (including to the back bottom right-hand corner) and surface marks (including numerous scratches, varying in depth, on the top).
