Condition overview; in good condition, relative to its age, it is a very solid and sturdy piece and the lock and drawers all work seamlessly.  As expected on a piece of this vintage, it displays a number of general wear, knock (including to the corners and the edges in areas on the top, as well as on the bottom edge of the right-hand side) and surface marks.  In areas on the brass capped feet there is some age-related discolouring (oxidisation of the brass).  As you can see from the photos, none of its flaws detract from this lovely piece.
